Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Klikko collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit klikko.app, start a free trial, or use our app-building platform (the "Service").

1. Who we are

The data controller is Net Studio, Petrovaradinska 5, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia ("Klikko", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

  • Account and trial data: name, email address, and the details you enter when setting up your account.
  • Billing data: plan, transaction history and billing details. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
  • Content you add: app names, logos, texts, images, products and other content you put into your apps.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and actions in the Service, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: messages you send to our support.

3. How we use your data and legal bases

  • To provide the Service, set up your trial or subscription and publish your apps (performance of a contract).
  • To process payments and meet tax and accounting obligations (contract and legal obligation).
  • To send account emails, such as trial reminders, onboarding tips and important updates (contract and legitimate interest). You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
  • To measure and improve our marketing, including advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) using the Meta Pixel (consent, where required).
  • To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Klikko, under data processing agreements:

  • Pinball (website, funnels and email delivery)
  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Make.com (workflow automation for account setup)
  • Our app platform and hosting providers (building, hosting and publishing your apps)
  • Meta Platforms (advertising measurement)
  • Google and Apple, when you choose to publish apps to their stores

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Data about your app users

When your apps collect personal data from your own customers (for example orders, bookings, loyalty points or push notification tokens), you are the data controller for that data and we act as your processor. You are responsible for informing your users and having a legal basis for that processing.

7. How long we keep data

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can return. Billing records are kept as long as required by accounting and tax law. Trial accounts that do not convert may be deleted after a period of inactivity.

8. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to run the site and, where permitted, analytics and advertising cookies (such as the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors find and use Klikko. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. If you are in the EU, you can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP) or your local authority.

California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

11. Children

The Service is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and notify you of significant changes by email.
